Did you know that Ariztia products are certified by INTA?

At Ariztia we care about taste and quality, that is why together with INTA we have certified our packaged products with Low Sodium Contribution, Allergen Free, Soy and Gluten Free. These products are identified with the INTA Green Seal.

What is the certification?

The certification is the procedure by which a recognized and independent institution external to the company, verifies that a food complies with what is declared on its labeling.

Low Sodium contribution:

It is established when a food product has less than 140 milligrams of sodium per serving. Prefer foods with lower sodium content.

Allergen Free Soy:

It means that the product, throughout its production process, was free from contact with ingredients, equipment, operators and / or surfaces containing soy.

Gluten free:

It means that the product is prepared only with ingredients that, due to their natural origin and the application of good manufacturing practices (cross contamination), are gluten-free. It is considered a safe food for the celiac population.

Ariztía is the first Latin American company to certify Animal Welfare throughout its production chain.

What is Animal Welfare Certification?

Animal welfare is to provide adequate living conditions to animals, during all productive stages, so that they are comfortable, free from abuse and in excellent health and capable of expressing essential forms of behavior.

Ariztía, with its processes in the RM and V° Region, meet a milestone as one of the first companies in Chile to be certified in animal welfare for broiler chickens throughout its production chain. The certificate is delivered by FST, one of the institutions with the best reputation at the national level that recognizes advances in animal welfare issues.

The WELFCERT certification considers 9 evaluation areas:

  • Animal health
  • Food
  • Environmental Conditions
  • Direct assessment of birds
  • Bird behavior
  • Quality of facilities
  • Training of all people who work with birds
  • Fulfillment of commitments with BA by the company
  • Animal welfare records
